It's a real bummer that it stopped working after some use. I think the battery's deep discharge might've damaged it.

about the plug, this plug is a good size length and girth for newbies, beginners or someone looking to try something new. it is not "girthy" for size queens [although a product that Is would be fun]. take notice of how to turn it on and connect it to your blue tooth. after you feel the first pulse and let go of the "on" button, it will turn on the manual feature. you have to press and hold for 2 pulses to get it to connect to blue tooth. the only downside to this item is that it is not intended for wear while in a lot of movement, such as walking around. otherwise, i am beyond satisfied with this product, app and company. 500/5 stars :D
