Connection Sucks
I've had this for awhile and didn't experience connection issues until now. Also with using the app it has this new dual or demo connection and makes the vibrator unconnect and it won't stop vibrating.

Connection issues
We love the device but have had so many connection issues. We tried to wear it out and if I had my phone on the table, it would lose connection, meaning 2” of wood blocked the signal. At times just having her thighs closed did the same. I have a new phone and I’ve reset the device. Not sure what the fix is

Wasn’t even able to try it
Thankfully this came as a free bonus item, because it will not charge, even after allowing well over the recommended time for first charge. The magnetic connection is not a great design

connection issues
Just bought this 30mins ago and it loses connection too much to do anything even being right next to it. Highly disappointed with this product after just purchasing it!!

The first charging can in exceptional cases take up to 3.5 hours. The operating panel will light up after the device has finished charging. We hope we’ve been able to help you.
Stuck on vibrate
Loses connection, gets stuck on vibrate and will not shut off! Really disappointed.
