Doesn’t Even Turn on
First of all the ships in 24hrs, didn’t happen. I received my item after I bought it 5days later which I appreciate. I put the item on the charger for 4 hours because it would not turn on out the box. After an additional 1.5 hrs it turns on but it’s this weak pulse. I had the device on for 10 seconds max and put it back on the charger. 30min later the device doesn’t even want to turn on! This is ridiculous because I was really excited and heard a good review online.
