This was the first one I ever bought. And it works but it wasn’t remarkable. It’s kind of loud and feels more like vibration even when you don’t activate vibration. It’s not the most ergonomic for your hands if you have arthritis or carpel tunnel. It’s just ok. Worth the price tho!

I bought this product. It worked for 2 years before it would not charge at all. I bought this from the Satisfyer website thinking that it would be better in case I ever needed to use the warranty or had any other issues. I contacted customer service several times. About every other time I emailed them they would reply several days later wanting more info which I immediately replied with. They then came back and stated they needed a video sent to them of the product not charging. After sending the video, Satisfyer stopped responding or replying altogether. After a month of trying to get them to honor the 15 year warranty they promise and plaster all over their website, I am giving up. Congratulations Satisfyer, you got me. Keep my $70 and maybe you can one day leave that god-forsaken country one day. Post this one you dipshits.
