I absolutely LOVE this device. I bought one a year and a half ago but it stopped charging after a couple months :( I emailed customer service and was sent a replacement. The new device worked great for about 8 months then last week it just stopped charging like the first one. I’m so sad cause this device is amazing until it just dies.

Great device & amazing Customer Service
I have an inherited condition that cause a back up of fluid in a system of glands in my vaginal area, the pain from my condition is indescribable. The options are find a way to regulate the glands or surgery. I'm terrified by the thought of the surgery and after 30 years (since the week after I started puberty) I found this device and it was a godsend for me. Sadly there was a malfunction in the first Pro2 I had, it charged perfectly for four uses and then it just stopped. I used Google trying to figure out a solution and nothing was working. I finally contacted the support department on this site and just asked for help, totally expecting to get either no response or one that brushed me off. That was not what happened, I was contacted within hours of sending my email and after following the directions given to me the company sent me a new Pro2. I will be telling my family members that also have the same medical issue about how great this product is AND how wonderful the customer service they provide is as well.
It will work great but then it'll stop charging. The light blinks when its on the charger, then it turns a solis red. I left it on the charger for HOURS and it still wouldnt work. It died mid orgasm and it wont turn back on and im pissed. I bought it from a local sex shop so i doubt ill get a replacement and judging from other reviews, going through the team is a waste of time and buying another would be a waste of money. What a disappointment.

Great when it worked.
It WAS wonderful. It lasted all of 4 times before it stopped holding a charge. Now when it’s turned on it literally lasts 6 seconds before it dies. What a waste of money.

My one complaint about this product is that after 2 years or so of regular use, the motor and battery life will wear down. Even with that, still the best vibrator I've owned so far. The company has earned brand loyalty.
I bought mine from Amazon but still want to vent here
Not enough space allowed to leave my whole experience but I have purchased this toy twice and after 2 months each one has left me with ruined orgasms (too many to count) . When it works it is the absolute best. So, that’s why I bought it again when it died the first time. At this point I feel as if I’m a slave to an unreliable device that will always disappoint me after 2 months and leave me in frustrated tears of maddening pleasure that was cut off too soon.

I’ve never had success with vibrators, one day I came across this air pulse stuff and it got me curious. After seeing some women on TikTok hype it up I decided to buy it. TLDR: Satisfyer advertises a 15-year warranty and even the admin posted below that they will offer a replacement or refund. But when actually contacting Satisfyer to request a refund, expect the runaround. I was given further instructions to troubleshoot the problem when I was given instructions for a return, as I asked, one could see the device is out of commission.
I instantly fell in love with the Satisfyer Pro 2... WHEN IT WORKED. The first two months were great - zero issues. Then I noticed over time that the battery would not last as long and the motor did not seem to be working optimally. I didn't ever drop it or misuse the product. I am very hygienic and even immediately remove the charger once fully charged as good practice with all my wireless electronics.
Then I looked online and found that many others had the same issues: the device breaking within the first year of purchase. I found that Satisfyer posted instructions for troubleshooting this issue in the FAQ section (fully charge the device, clean metal charging contacts, etc.) but all of their suggestions did not work.
So I sent Satisfyer an email to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org explaining all of this and more (I also purchased the Power Ring that also stopped working in the same way). I said that I tried troubleshooting any possible way I could on my end, and requested a refund instead of a replacement (I do not want to repeat this headache).
The following day, Emma Coleman from Satisfyer replied back to me with instructions on how to troubleshoot another potential cause of the device not working, when I had already clearly stated I wanted a refund and not a replacement.
I cannot stress how frustrating this is. I am not trying to find a loophole or take advantage of their system. Satisfyer literally boasts about 15 years of protection but won't let me return defective products within that time?
I understand electronics are fickle and sometimes die for no good reason, so I was more than happy to SPEND MY REFUND ON THE NEW SLIMMER PRO 2+ MODEL, but their support team is a joke (well Emma at least) and warranty claims are flat out false advertisement.
This was my first purchase and my first experience with Satisfyer and it has been HORRIBLE. I spent $88.85 in May 2020 and I regret every single penny of it.

Did not last long in unfortunately
I ordered the product from PinkCherry in mid December 2021 then started using it last week, and it has already stopped working. It worked amazing for a good week and a half, but once when I charged it, it worked after, but never worked again.
It worked very well for the 4 times I got to use it and I had no problems other than that. I can’t give it more than a two because I literally used it for less than a week before it became a dud. I expected it to last at least a year or two. I would try again, maybe I won’t get a dud next time.
