How do I clean my menstrual cup?
With the right care, Satisfyer Feel Secure Menstrual Cups are very durable and can be used for several years. It is recommended that you boil the menstrual cup in boiling water for 3 minutes after each period. Between uses, just clean your cup with water or a damp cloth.
How to Use - Your menstrual cup fits securely
Wash your hands thoroughly before insertion. Fold the menstrual cup, for example using the C-fold or punch-down fold, insert it into the vagina in a relaxed way and let it open up there. It unfolds and sits correctly when you can no longer feel it. A slight twist or a gentle pull on the stem helps you check the seal.
To remove it, wash your hands again, gently squeeze the cup to release the suction, and pull it out carefully. Empty, rinse and reinsert it – every 4 to 8 hours depending on the heaviness of your period.

Easy to handle and very hygienic. Not really ideal for outdoor activities, but at home or when you’re not moving much, it’s perfect.

Don't buy it: the material is too soft, so the cup doesn't pop open but stays compressed inside. Tried various ways. Experimented with different insertion methods, including those in the guide. Absolutely a regrettable purchase. Very disappointed! Such a waste of material—another unnecessary faulty product!
