Not The Satisfyer Product I'm used to!
I am extremely disappointed in this product. I purchased it, excited to kick it up a little bit during the pandemic. I turned it on out of the box just to download the app and read the instructions on pairing (pairing is easy, app needs improvement! So many options, little explanation!) While tinkering around with the settings and learning the app, I realized the unit was dying and required a full charge before physical use. I charged it overnight and went to use it the next morning (if you own ANY Satisfyer product, you know that excitement I'm talking about!!) and although the mag charge connected well the night before and I watched it charge, the unit WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL. I tried a different mag charger, nothing. Completely dead!! I was SHOCKED! I asked a Customer Support provider for assistance and I received a response to "uninstall and reinstall the app." I'm extremely unhappy with the overall unit quality, and customer service experience to date. I'm hopeful I can resolve this in a timely manner, as no one answers the numbers I am given to call!
