I agree with some other reviewers that the design has some major flaws. The company’s name is engraved on the toy on a part that pushed up against his penis and caused it to get red and irritated after we used it together. It also kept turning off or changing the settings. The buttons to control it and the logo should be in a different spot that does not affect the use.

Don't waste your money
Won't connect to the app, doesn't lay properly to hit the right spots, difficult to hold in a pleasurable position, does not work well for couples as it won't stay in place to well, buttons in awkward spot causing them to get bumped and changed constantly.

You have to factory reset it. Hold down the plus button until it vibrates.
Defective item
Bought this item yesterday and it wont charge or come on . The store wont refund my money because in Michigan you can't return items like this . So the store said I need to get ahold of customer service.
