Great at first but quit working in less than 1 month. Hopefully this was an isolated failure and not indicative of a systemic issue. Fingers crossed that the warranty process is well managed.

Battery exploded during charging
It was a fine toy but the battery literally exploded while it was charging. I reached out to the company and they acted very concerned and then ghosted me.

I've had this toy since 2017 and it is 2024. I will honestly cry when this thing dies. It is part of my day to day. I charge it every couple weeks. I only use it a few times a week but it has got me right for years. I love this thing and will cry when it'

Disappointing...
I bought this in November 2023 from a sex shop near me for over $85 after my Love Breeze experienced an issue where the magnetic connectors became imbedded in the toy. The Pro 2 was AMAZING...when it worked. The light is permanently on after any charge but won't turn on. Previously it took around 30 minutes to fully charge and one night it had the blinking indicator on all night while it was charging. I'm severely disappointed.

Died for good
I liked it while using it, but it died after 3 uses for good even after charging it. I bought it less than a month ago at lovers playground in Chicago. I don’t have the receipt so I can’t do the warranty and it is really disappointing.
We cannot refund the costs since you didn’t purchase the toy directly through www.satisfyer.com.

AMAZING when it works
Incredible when it works. After years of not being able to orgasm, this vibrator gives me orgasms every time I use it (if it doesn’t lose charge out of nowhere). I’m on my second satisfyer air pro in less than 6 months and this one has now broken as well. Same issue.. It either looses charge mid use or after I charge it, it simply doesn’t turn on.
