Didn’t honour warranty
My wife and I purchased this product months ago and after charging it did not work. As we know sometimes you can get a “lemon” we tried to return. As the nature of this product draws sanitary issues the store would not allow us to return but instead informed us that the company has a 15 year warranty and will replace the product. After emails back and forth the company has told us they cannot replace this as it is out of stock and we can choose something for the same value. We looked and cannot see anything else we want and would like to have what we purchased replaced or refunded. After all this we would not suggest or recommend satisfyer as they do not stand by their product and are unwilling to stand by their warranty.
