What is the air pressure wave technology?

This is a revolutionary touch-free stimulation system which works by surrounding the clitoral area within a silicone tip and gently adding pressure waves. Our technology is patented in many countries worldwide!

What is the difference between the models?

Each of our products has a different design. Each individual model also has a different size and a unique shape. In addition, due to the different shapes and designs of the various Satisfyer products, the silicone heads also come in different sizes.

How loud are the products?

The whisper-mode technology enables the product to have a soft buzz emitted by the engine, rather than a rattling roar. Unfortunately, noise development cannot be completely avoided with motor-operated articles. However, correct positioning of the Satisfyer decreases volume greatly.

Lubricants – which one to use?

Lubricant is mainly differentiated between "water-based" and "silicone-based".

Water-based lubricants are easy to use and are suitable for application with condoms, however these lubricants evaporate over time.

Silicone-based lubricants are not compatible with some silicone-based products like our Satisfyer toys and leave stains if spilled. In this case we recommend using water-based lubricant with Satisfyer products.

What should I do when my toy does not charge?

Problems with charging the toy can indicate a contamination of the magnetic surface. Please clean the metal contacts with a lint-free cloth and, if necessary, some disinfecting spray.

 The LED will blink while the product is being charged. Once the product is charged it will stay lit. The initial charge may take up to eight hours. If the device still does not work, please get in touch with our customer service (service@satisfyer.com).

What should I do when my toy does not start?

If the toy does not start, please check whether it is fully charged. If the product is not charging, press the bottom operating button for 5 seconds. If the device still does not work, please get in touch with our customer service (service@satisfyer.com

Where do I buy attachments?

You can find Satisfyer product extras under ‘Attachments ’ on the website.

How and when should I clean my toy?

We recommend that you clean your toy after each use to lengthen the product’s duration of use. Information on cleaning the individual items can be found in the manual under ‘Instructions ’ on our website.

Which Phones are compatible and supported with the SATISFYER CONNECT APP?

All smartphones and tablets based on iOS 11 or newer and Android 6.0 or newer plus Apple Watch.

How close does my mobile device need to be to my SATISFYER device?

Your Satisfyer device uses industry leading Bluetooth technology to connect with your mobile device, and this should work best when you are within 10 m (32ft). However, actual performancewill be dependant on what is in your surroundings, and if there is a direct line of sight between devices.

How does my mobile device connect to the SATISFYER?

All Satisfyer devices use industry leading Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 (BLE) technology, when connecting between mobile device and Satisfyer. Our devices are built with your privacy in mind, and implement strong bonding principles to ensure your Satisfyer is virtually undetectable to others after bonding with your mobile.

How can I unpair my SATISFYER device?

Go to the "My Toys" toy connection and management screen (top right icon in the close range screen). Tap the arrow on the right side of the screen, directly next to the Satisfyer Device you want to unpair.  Click on the 'Forgot device' option in your device specific submenu, to unpair device. The toy will be unpaired from that Satisfyer App. If using an iOS device (iPhone, iPad), please also go to Bluetooth in your device Settings menu. Select the Satisfyer Device and select Forget This Device from the submenu.

How do I reset my SATISFYER device to factory default settings?

Use the hardware based factory reset if you hold the button designated in your toys manual for 15 seconds. Release after you feel 5 quick pulses in a row.

How many devices can I pair at one time?

You can pair and control up to 4 Satisfyer products at one time on the mobile and tablet versions of the App. Our Smart Watch App connects to one device at a time.

Can I use the app without submitting my personal data?

You can use the close range functions in Guest mode. Other sections of the app require a free Satisfyer Account, which you can register for without entering personal data (just skip the optional recovery email).

How can I protect my SATISFYER app from other users on my device?

The Satisfyer Connect app has an optional lock feature. You can engage this option immediately after registration, or turn it on and off from the settings anytime. When engaged, anyone who wants to access the app would need to enter the correct PIN-code. Once engaged, the code will be required after each time the app loads, and after every 5 min of disengagement.

Do I lose my custom programs after deleting the app?

Yes, currently you unfortunately lose all custom programs  after reinstalling app.

How canI play with my partner while using SATISFYER CONNECT?

If you are in the same room, why not take turns letting each other control your Satisfyer devices as you play together.
If you are in different locations, you can use the app to make a video or voice calls while using your devices. Our call function allows you to control each others devices remotely via a net connection.

What are the ways I can play with a remote partner during a video/audio call?

The following options are present in Video call: Give up control - current user give up control to his/her partner, Swap control - current user ask for controlling my partner's toy, Sync option - current user controls both toys his/her and partner's ones.

How do I disconnect or delete a partner?

In case you need to disconnect from partner during a call, click on red 'End call' button.
If you want you remove partner from your partner list, go to the user profile through the chat feature, and click on the 'Remove' option.

Why can't I find my partner in the app?

There may be a few reasons why this could occur: You might be blocked by that user, or their account could be deleted or suspended.

Can I have a playing session with more than one user?

You can connect and use the app with multiple users, but each remote play session is one to one (at this time).

Can I schedule a play session with my partner in the SATISFYER CONNECT app?

Yes, you can. Just use the 'Alarm' function to set an alarm and send it to your partner as an attachment in your chat screen.

Can I share the set of vibrations I created?

Yes, you can currently share your Programs through the 'Community share'. Upload them directly when you save & exit a Live Play session, or while in the Program Library,  hit the more button below the program you want to share, and then select Share with Community.

How can I block and unblock users?

You can use 'Add to Blacklist' option to block someone inside the app. For unblocking someone use the black list option in Settings.

How can I change my language preference?

After downloading the app, the app should automatically work on the same language that your mobile device's operating system is set to (if it is supported in our app).  You can also  manually change the app to any of the supported languages through our app's 'Settings' screen— just select  'Language' and select from the list. We currently support 29 languages.

Can I change the E-Mail associated with my account if I misspelled it or if I just want to change it?

Triple A Marketing GmbH ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Satisfyer Connect mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Satisfyer Connect ("Application").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Triple A Marketing GmbH and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by Triple A Marketing GmbH.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by Triple A Marketing GmbH for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License

Triple A Marketing GmbH grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Triple A Marketing GmbH with respect to the Application shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Triple A Marketing GmbH.

Triple A Marketing GmbH shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

Modifications to Application

Triple A Marketing GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Updates to Application

Triple A Marketing GmbH may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates").

Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that Triple A Marketing GmbH has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to you.

You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Application, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Third-Party Services

The Application may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services").

You acknowledge and agree that Triple A Marketing GmbH shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Triple A Marketing GmbH does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

Triple A Marketing GmbH collects, stores, maintains, and shares information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at satisfyer.com/privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you hereby agree and consent to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Triple A Marketing GmbH.

Triple A Marketing GmbH may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Triple A Marketing GmbH, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Triple A Marketing GmbH's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Triple A Marketing GmbH and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the Application; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

No Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Triple A Marketing GmbH, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, Triple A Marketing GmbH provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither Triple A Marketing GmbH nor any Triple A Marketing GmbH's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Application, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Application; or (iv) that the Application, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of Triple A Marketing GmbH are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties or the limitations on the applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Triple A Marketing GmbH and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Triple A Marketing GmbH or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Application, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Agreement), even if Triple A Marketing GmbH or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any subsequent breach.

Amendments to this Agreement

Triple A Marketing GmbH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application.

Governing Law

The laws of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other Triple A Marketing GmbH's services, which Triple A Marketing GmbH will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.

How can I view my previous orders?

Log in with your username and password. Your order history will be listed under applicable username, but guest order history cannot be retrieved

Why can't I complete my order?

In case of existing difficulties, we advise going into browser settings and deleting cookies. This option is under "Privacy". It is also important that your browser accepts cookies. After clearing cookies, restart your browser and visit our online shop.

 If it is not possible, there might be a problem with your browser. Please try a different or newer version. Due to new security guidelines, our shop no longer supports the insecure SSL 2.0 protocol. SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 must be activated in your browser.

Delivery

Is the shipping discreet?

Discretion is guaranteed. The package arrives in a standard brown shipping box.

How is it delivered?

The delivery is made by our shipping service provider FedEx. As soon as your parcel has been processed through our logistics partner FedEx for delivery, you will receive a separate confirmation with the delivery number for shipment tracking.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes, during the ordering process you will be asked if the delivery address is different from the billing address. If an order has been placed but not yet shipped, customer service (service@satisfyer.com) will change the delivery address if still possible.

As soon as your parcel is sent to our logistics partner for delivery, you will receive a separate confirmation with the delivery number for shipment tracking.

How do I get my invoice?

Warranty

How long is the warranty?

We give a 15-year warranty on our Satisfyer models. If you did not purchase from the website, please keep receipt or invoice. Our customer service (service@satisfyer.com) will exchange the product with proof of purchase.

Return Policy

Can I return the goods if they are still unopened?

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. In the case of a return, please send an E-Mail to our Customer Service (returns@satisfyer.com) to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.

Returns without RMA cannot be accepted.

I opened the article, but I don't like it. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that the delivered goods did not meet your expectations.

 However, we ask for your understanding as the return of used or unsealed hygiene articles is not possible. The right to return exists only when the package is unopened, and the hygiene seal is intact.

This is a rare case, please contact our customer service (service@satisfyer.com) directly so that we can resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask you to return to the store/shop where you purchased the product and ask them for a replacement.
